Keith C. Thompson is an attorney and problem solver. His goal with every client is to formulate reasonable solutions for difficult and challenging situations.
Clients rely on Keith to take even the most complex legal scenarios and break them down in order to collectively apply practical solutions. Each matter he handles provides an opportunity to build new lasting relationships.
Keith is a Texas Tech trained lawyer and has an MBA from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. In addition to the practice of law, he has previously owned a real estate development company and has other land holdings.
A Lubbock Texas resident of over 20 years, Keith will provide you with the sophistication and expertise of any large firm, and the comfort and appeal of a personal relationship.
He is an avid cyclist and was actively involved with the parent-run organizations at Monterey Highschool, where he served as PTA president and athletic booster club president.
His family, including a wife and 3 children, are very dear to him. On any given weekend, Keith's kids and friends gather for fun at the Thompson household.
Crissy Reyes Villanueva
Paralegal
Crissy Reyes Villanueva serves as a paralegal for The Law Office of Keith C Thompson PC. In her position, she provides a wide range of legal support for the attorney and clients of the firm, ensuring that you are served with diligence and efficiency.
She began her career in the legal profession in May 1990, assisting busy attorneys with their legal practices. Crissy brings over two decades of legal experience working for law firms in Lubbock County, Texas.
Crissy has lived in Lubbock, Texas for over 20 years. She is a west Texas native from Seminole, Texas. Her most valued role outside of the office is that of a wife and a mother. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Aletha Van Meter
Administrative Assistant
Aletha Van Meter serves as the Administrative Assistant for The Law Office of Keith C Thompson PC. She is primarily responsible for administrative tasks that include accounts billable and receivables, as well as general office support for the firm.
She began her career at Security Pacific National Bank in California. She has held administrative positions throughout her career, including that of an office manager and a bookkeeper.
Aletha is a native Californian, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She moved to Slaton, Texas in 1978, where she met and married her husband. She is the mother of 4 children, has 3 grandchildren, and 1 granddog.
When not at work, Aletha devotes her time to church activities and is an avid reader; however, her most valued time is that spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Alexa Lunsford
Associate Attorney
Alexa received the exciting news in October of 2019 that she passed the bar exam. She is now our practicing associate Attorney.
